Course Description
Participants who complete this rigorous course of study will be
prepared to sit for the PMP® Certification Examination. The course
will cover the standards used in conjunction with the Guide to the
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), Third Edition.
To achieve PMP® certification, each candidate must satisfy all requirements of education and experience established by PMI® and must demonstrate an acceptable level of understanding and knowledge about project management that is tested by the Project Management Professional Certification Examination. To retain PMP® certification, credential holders must demonstrate ongoing professional commitment to the field of project management by satisfying PMI’s Professional Development Program requirements.
This course will prepare the student for the PMP® exam. Actual examination and granting of the PMP® credential are the explicit purview of PMI®.

About the Instructor - Howard Morris, PMP
Howard is a technology architect with over 25 years experience as
a project and program manager in the military, defense contracting,
and home building industries as well as in civilian government,. He
has most recently developed an integrated solution for constructing
‘energy neutral’ homes using existing, commercially viable
technologies and comprehensive project management methodologies.
Since 1981 he has taught adults a broad range of Project Management
topics including inventory management, logistics, operational
procedures, software, hardware maintenance, personal ethics and
accountability, history, finance, marketing, physical fitness and
many others.
